Vixen Surface Treatments Ltd.

Vixen to attend TASC Expo in Germany this October

Vixen’s wheel repair equipment to set sail into Germany.

Vixen Surface Treatments will be showcasing its smart wheel repair equipment at the TASC Expo in Dusseldorf Germany on 11 – 12 October 2019.

Taking to the stand will be the ultimate wheel repair package; the Vertical Wheel Lathe and Aqua Wheelblaster. The team will also be showcasing Vixen’s most popular wet blasting machine; the Aquablast 915 and a Professional Tyre Changer from its Auxiliary range.

The Vertical Wheel Lathe and Aqua Wheelblaster work seamlessly together by removing kerb damage to diamond cut wheels and to prepare wheels for machining and lacquering.

Vixen’s Vertical Wheel Lathe is the easiest lathe in the market with the built-in Windows operating system which is available in all European languages.

The Panasonic laser probe technology scans wheels in under 30 seconds to produce a map of the wheel. This mapping is very quick and accurately, ready for the lathe to machine the surface of the wheel to reproduce the diamond cut finish.

The Aqua Wheelblaster, designed exclusively for the automotive industry combines the standard six step process for preparing alloy wheels into one. Using Vixen’s wet blasting technology, the process uses water mixed with abrasive to surface treat the alloy and provides a key for the next stage of alloy wheel refurbishment.

On Friday 11 October and Saturday 12 October, Vixen’s dedicated sales engineers will be on hand to show you how quick and easy the equipment is to use.

If you would like to visit Vixen and see the machines in action, you can register for a free ticket by emailing sales@vixen.co.uk.
